1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
All CCTV, Solar and Home Automation products sold by SHT Infotech India Pvt Ltd carry the original manufacturer's warranty — typically 1 to 3 years depending on the brand and product category (as specified on each product listing). This covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
2. SHT Infotech's Assistance
As an authorised dealer and distributor, SHT Infotech assists customers end-to-end with warranty claim processing, coordination with the manufacturer/brand service centre, and follow-up until resolution — so you don't have to deal with the manufacturer directly.
3. Service & Support
Our trained service team is available for installation support, troubleshooting and repair requests. Franchise, dealer and direct customers can raise a service ticket through our Track Service Ticket page or by contacting our support team directly.
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering, natural disasters (lightning, flood, fire), power surges without proper surge protection, physical damage, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts (such as batteries and connectors).
5. How to Raise a Warranty Claim
To raise a warranty claim, contact our service team with your invoice/order details, product serial number and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through inspection, and — where applicable — repair or replacement as per the manufacturer's warranty terms.
6. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
For customers who want extended peace of mind beyond the standard warranty period, SHT Infotech offers Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans covering periodic checkups, cleaning, priority service response and discounted spare parts — ask our team for AMC pricing suited to your installation.
